At Spring Hill Academy, our teachers are our most powerful asset. Not only do they provide and care for children, they are supportive during the most influential period of a child’s life. LEAD TEACHER

All candidates must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Applicants must have at least three months of experience working in a daycare program and must have either: 30-semester credits in early childhood development, a child development credential, or a teaching diploma OR at least 1 year of experience in a daycare program. Preference is given to applicants with a two-year or four-year degree in early childhood development. All lead teachers are expected to be fluent in English and have great written and verbal communication skills. All candidates must be able to pass a background check.


ASSISTANT TEACHER

All candidates must be 18 years or older and have a high school degree or equivalent. Preference is given to applicants with three or more months of experience in a daycare program, or any applicants working on a two-year or four-year degree in early childhood development. All candidates must be able to pass a background check.



CLASSROOM FLOAT

Applicants must have a high school degree or equivalent. Preference will be given to applicants with experience working in a daycare program or any applicants working on an early childhood development program. All candidates are expected to be available seasonally and must pass a background check and be 18 years or older.


DRIVER

Applicants must submit a current driving record from the DMV in order to operate the bus and are expected to be available seasonally. All candidates must pass a background check and be 21 years or older.
