HOW TO ENROLL

PROCESS OF ENROLLMENT

  1. Schedule a tour of our center to see our custom-designed building!

  2. Complete the Enrollment Application and submit the Registration Fee

  3. One week prior to start date, submit remainder of paperwork and enrollment fees

    • Enrollment Agreement

    • Acknowledgement of Policies

    • Acknowledgement of Emergency Action Plan

    • Physical and immunization record

    • Meal Consent form

    • Permission to Photograph form

    • Biting Policy

    • Auto-Debiting Form (if needed)

    • A copy of the birth certificate

  4. A Spring Hill team member will reach out to you to let you know of any other forms needed to complete your enrollment process

  5. Complete and return all required forms prior to first date of enrollment and ensure that your child is prepared with all classroom supplies for their first day
