SCHOOL AGE PROGRAM

In our After Care program, school-aged students will be picked up from their respective elementary schools and dropped off in Spring Hill Academy. Students will be given a healthy after school snack. Spring Hill Academy currently only services the following elementary schools in the local area:

• Pinebrook

• Arcola Mills

• Goshen Post

• Henrietta Lacks

• Hovatter

Students enrolled in this program will enjoy the opportunity to explore our large, custom-built school-age playground, where imagination takes flight. They'll soar on our zip line, leap, climb, and swing, while also utilizing our half basketball court. These activities not only foster muscle coordination but also promote strength development, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging experience for every student.

Spring Hill Academy believes in promoting happy, healthy habits so our teachers will make an effort to bring school-age children out for about 30 minutes each day, weather permitting.

Spring Hill also offers drop-in services during school closures for students already enrolled in the After Care Program and their siblings, including during spring, summer, or winter breaks. During these periods, we initiate long-term projects to facilitate continued academic and non-academic learning, focusing on skills such as cooperation, group work, and creative arts. Drop-in care is provided based on availability.
